Important Notes

  • Streamer-selected benefits are subject to the Streamer’s settings and may change at the Streamer’s discretion.
  • Plus pricing may vary depending on the amount set by the Streamer.
  • Regardless of payment method, if you subscribe to the same Streamer again within 14 days, it will be linked to your previous subscription. (However, if the previous subscription was canceled or refunded, re-subscriptions will not be linked.)
  • Paid TTS supports only Korean, English, and Chinese; Thai is not supported.
  • Long-term subscribers receive credit rewards of 2,000–6,000 credits at 6, 12, and 24 months. After that, 6,000 credits are automatically awarded every 12 months.
  • If the Streamer you subscribed to is restricted in accordance with our operational policies, you may request a refund. If the Streamer is permanently suspended, your subscription will be automatically canceled.
  • Subscription payments may be canceled or refunded within 7 days of purchase.
  • If a product is not properly delivered after an in-app purchase, you may need to request a refund directly through the app store.
