QuickView Plus / QuickView Purchase Information
All dates and times are in Korea Standard Time (KST).
You cannot purchase QuickView Plus / QuickView items while using them.
QuickView Plus and Gift QuickView can be purchased in advance and used at any time in the chat or My Item Info page.
QuickView Plus and Gift QuickView can also be gifted to yourself.
Purchased QuickView Plus and Gift QuickView are valid for 5 years from the purchase date, and gifted vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date they are received.
A portion of the purchase price for QuickView Plus is paid as Ad Revenue to the Streamer.
If a refund is requested while the pass is in use, the remaining period will be calculated pro-rated and paid.
QuickView Plus and QuickView vouchers not gifted can be canceled within 7 days of purchase. (Vouchers gifted to yourself can only be canceled if unused.)
QuickView refunds are not possible under any other circumstances not listed here.
Switch to QuickView Plus Purchase Information
Once you switch to QuickView Plus, you cannot change the item back to QuickView.
QuickView Plus upgrade purchases are limited to one per account.
If you request a refund within 7 days of switching to QuickView Plus (30 Days), you are eligible for a refund of both the original QuickView purchase price and the upgrade fee.
If a refund is requested more than 7 days after switching to QuickView Plus (30 Days), no refund will be issued.
When switching to QuickView Plus (90 Days or 365 Days), refunds will be calculated based on the total number of unused days, taking into account the prorated value of the existing QuickView pass and the additional upgrade payment.
